Hello and welcome. My name is Václav Pfeifer-Mikolášek, I am a psychotherapist and I work with adults and adolescents. I offer therapy in English, Czech, and German.

In addition to my private practice, I also work as a therapist at the SFU outpatient clinic for children and adolescents, where I engage in individual and group therapy with young people.

For four years, I worked as a caregiver for individuals with schizophrenia and other severe mental illnesses at the organization Leben ohne Krankenhaus. Occasionally, I also serve as a supervisor for caregivers and social workers.

I was born in Prague in 1983 and have been living in Vienna for many years. I completed my training as a psychotherapist at the Sigmund Freud University and the Institute for Integrative Gestalt Therapy.

The Session and the Price

How often we meet is up to you. The usual frequency is once a week but it can be less (or more) than that depending on your needs. The session lasts 50 minutes and costs € 100.

The Austrian health insurance covers a part of the cost. The ÖGK reimburses € 33,70 per session, the SVS € 45,– und the BVAEA € 46,60. Private insurance is also possible and in this case the reimbursed amount depends on your contract.
